Cert III in Property Services

This is an accredited entry level qualification designed for those people starting a career in Real Estate and who want to acquire the skills needed to provide support to the functional areas within either a real estate/property agency or a stock & station agency.

 

These generic skills will be applicable in the areas of property management/leasing, sales and agency administration across the broad range of property sectors - residential, commercial and industrial and rural. Depending on the choice of electives the areas of learning included in this course are effective communication skills, responding to property enquiries, assisting with the organisation of property inspections and marketing material, and listing marketing of property, property maintenance issues and a range of agency administrative processes and procedures. Depending on the electives chosen, this course covers the OFT requirements for Certificate of Registration – Salesperson. You must complete five (5) core units and nine (9) electives to receive the full qualification.

Changes to RSA & RCG Laws

A new scheme is being introduced from Monday 22 August 2011. From that date, all registered training organisations (RTOs) that are approved to deliver Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) courses will be required to use a common online system for recording course and student details.
