Country Hospitality Services was formed in 2001 by Esther and Garry Mason after themselves spending many successful years in the hospitality industry.  In 2003 Country Hospitality Services became a Registered Training Organisation and began to deliver Hospitality training in Northern NSW from Taree to Tweed Heads and inland to Moree.  With both partners being born and bred North Coast locals their passion, knowledge and commitment to the area drove their desire to deliver Hospitality training to people in regional areas in a way that showed their strong knowledge of both the Hospitality Industry and of Life in regional Australia. 

Five years after becoming an RTO, Country Hospitality Services continues to be a leading provider of Hospitality training and now also delivers accredited training in other vocational fields.  Still a family run operation, CHS Training remains focused on providing quality training to regional NSW and QLD.
