Competencies

Serve or sell Alcohol responsibly
Assist Customers to drink within appropriate limits
Assess alcohol-affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must be refused
Refuse to provide alcohol
  • All materials, cd roms & folders are included in course cost.
  • This course is mandatory for everyone in NSW who is involved in the sale of liquor to the public. This includes licensees, club secretaries, serving staff, contract employees and security staff working in licensed premises & venues There are no exemptions from undertaking the course.
  • The mandatory training regime also captures volunteers, promotional staff and directors of registered clubs who have liquor service responsibilities.
