This includes licensees, club secretaries, serving staff and contract employees, security staff working in licensed premises & venues There are no exemptions from undertaking the course.

This course is mandatory for everyone in NSW who's duties are concerned in the conduct of gambling activities. A registered club or hotelier must not commence or employ a person whose duties will be concerned with the conduct of gaming unless the person has completed the approved RCG Course.

This course deals with the skills & knowledge required to follow key hygiene procedures which apply in Hospitality & Tourism outlets.  Once you have successfully completed this course you will be able to follow workplace hygiene procedures, identify and prevent hygiene risks.

This course deals with the skills & knowledge required to extract and serve espresso coffee using a commercial espresso machine, foaming silky milk correctly, the different coffees on the menu, the correct storage of coffee, cleaning, care & maintenance of machinery. On successful completion of this course participants will be issued with a statement of attainment.
